The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management and provides comprehensive Human Resource support to the People Resources Team that may include employee relations, performance management, orientations, communications, and project management. This position reports to the Manager of Human Resources.
Base Salary: $80-$95,000/annually
The HR Business Partner will support select Corporate Functions. In this role, you will have exposure across Gannett’s Corporate Functions and work with the entire PRT team. If you have relationship building strong organizational and communications skills this is the role for you! You will drive HR initiatives such as Performance management, Culture, Employee Engagement, Recruitment & Retention. Additionally, this role will support the People Resources team in day-to-day activities such as employee relations, and performance management and have a pulse of the organization.
