Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and manage electronic files.
- Troubleshoot issues related to transactions, data setup, and system errors.
- Review financial records, documentation, and historical reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Validate documentation to ensure consistent and proper reconciliation.
- Conduct various tasks, including word processing, spreadsheet and database maintenance, and utilization of computer technology.
- Process applications for service, complete necessary data entry, and conduct research.
- Fulfill additional duties as requested by the project team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in case management, applicant intake, eligibility determination, application processing, or related fields.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and acquire additional skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and other reporting functions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills, maintaining empathy and providing exceptional customer support.
- Attention to detail and strong strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to monitor and report on multiple deliverables with a focus on meeting and exceeding deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Medicaid, SNAP, and similar government programs.
- Experience with integrated eligibility systems and enterprise applications.
