ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a HR Coordinator, you will:
Assist with the implementation of new or revised policies and programs
Provide administrative support as requested, including calendar and meeting management, data entry, audits, benefits, and maintenance of employee files
Support Human Resources Team with general processes including onboarding, performance management, exit interviews and compliance
Manage the Applicant Tracking System ( Greenhouse) and HRIS (Justworks) and ensure accuracy of the data
Support new employee onboarding and handle new hire paperwork
Be an employee ambassador; assisting with employment verifications, answering general inquiries and be a point of contact for all employees
Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and co-leading social event and cultural activities held company-wide alongside the Ops team
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with management team and employees
Assist with the recruitment and interview processes as needed
Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
ABOUT YOU
2+ years of relevant administrative/HR-Operations level experience
Excellent written, communication, interpersonal skills and a true customer service orientation
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
High degree of integrity and confidentiality

A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Google Workspace and Project Management
