Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the employee life cycle
- Develop and review benefits packages and employee compensation
- Organize all necessary performance review sessions
- Complete onboarding and off-boarding of employees
- Maintain detailed job descriptions and salary records
- Forecast future hiring needs
- Comply with labor legislation
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- Must have four years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Manager
- Previous experience working in hospitality
- Knowledge of compliance
- Spanish speaking is a bonus
