Human Resources Generalist:

A long-standing community bank is looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join their team. This individual should have prior HR experience, preferably with a bank and will be involved with staffing, maintain the employee benefit programs, and pay structure. The ideal candidate would be eager for this growth opportunity and be a team player within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures bank is appropriately staffed.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.
• Payroll, PTO and talent acquisition.
• Maintains historical human resource records and reporting.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge through continued learning.
• Back up for HR Director.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years HR experience.
• ADP Workforce Software.
• Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Project Management experience is a plus.

***Must have prior banking experience.

***Must have a minimum of 3 years working in Human Resources.
