HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
The HR Generalist is a strong supporting role working to assist with the daily operations and functions of the HR Department; particularly in benefit administration, recruitment and onboarding processes, and any other employee relations as needed. The HR Generalist will complete a variety of task to ensure human resource strategies align with the organizational business goal. Will assist in implementing HR policies, internal procedures and regulations set by laws. Will collect, maintain, and prepare HR data relating to all aspects with benefits, recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, training and education, compensation and help make recommendations for improvements. Will be the point of contact for the day-to-day functions. Will represent the company in a positive, professional manner.

$55,000 – $70,000
