Job Summary
The Generalist Human Resources serves as a champion of change who leads through influence with all levels of leadership in ways that best drives the execution of our company strategies and goals. This role works collaboratively to support assigned client groups to ensure we are leveraging our people processes and relationships to drive better business results. This includes fair and consistent application of people policies and programs including: performance management, talent acquisition (hourly and salaried), total rewards, employee/labor relations, workforce planning, and analytics. This role will have dual responsibilities focused on HR Generalist support for our business functions, including but not limited to: Digital, Finance, Legal, and Communications. In addition, this role will be responsible for maintaining workforce records, standard reporting, and process/system administration of our HRIS systems. Applicants will need to have an interest in both transactional and business partnering HR work with strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
Coach/consult with management and employees on employee relations issues in a changing and ambiguous environment.
Participate in investigation procedures and collects data to support internal and external complaints and other employment-related issues.
Ensure consistent application of guidelines on employment-related processes such as salaried recruitment.
Collaborate to set specific plans for team-based Human Resources goals Provides effective application and interpretation of company policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is desired.
Experience Requirements
Required
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Understanding of basic principles of compensation theory Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
A high tolerance for ambiguity and change
Core HR process delivery consistency, data management, compliance sustainment, reporting and analytics experience
Preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification(s)

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
