Medical Practice Administrator

Our client, an extremely well-respected private Ophthalmology practice, is seeking an exceptional Practice Administrator to oversee their multiple offices. The ideal candidate has an impeccable career history which will serve them well in this very reputable organization.

The Practice Administrator role will encompass, but not be limited to:

• Staff management (50+ employees)
• Financial and practice operations
• Planning and Development
• Medical Records
• Committees and Meetings
• Marketing and Resource Utilization

Desired qualifications:

• Outstanding communication, leadership and organizational skills
• 5+ years of medical group practice management experience
• Ophthalmology background would be advantageous but is not mandatory
• Solid knowledge of all insurances, EMR and medical computer billing systems
• Expertise in finance
• Ability to provide IT support would be beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
