SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Assist People Services/HR Manager with processing employee transfers, salary changes, terminations, etc. in Success Factors HRIS
Post open positions and identify, prescreen and refer top talent to hiring managers
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Onboard new hires from offer through orientation and 30 day follow up
Assist talent acquisition to source candidates and update our database
Assist with various other human resource functions, including payroll, employee files and policy management
Maintain local communication boards and update information monthly
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality by not discussing any information outside of the Human Resources department and by ensuring the work area is secure when unattended
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant HR/administrative role
Must be detail oriented and able to perform multiple tasks during the workday.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality
Proven skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HRIS and/or ATS a plus.
Must be able to work on site. This is not a remote position.
