The Role: Talent Coordinator
About This Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our exciting People team.
We are looking for a dynamic, detail oriented Talent Coordinator who cares about the candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in developing their skills in all areas of People and Recruiting, and passionate about building their career at a high growth and dynamic health tech start-up.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with and support multiple internal recruiters to provide world class candidate care for a fast paced purpose driven culture
Correspond with candidates, prepare hiring managers for interviews, coordinate all interview logistics, and ensure interview schedules are maintained
Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) to communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain internal systems and tools while looking for ways to improve existing processes
Quickly problem-solve last minute issues that arise while coming up with a longer-term solution
Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels
Maintain a deep level of confidentiality to coordinate high-volume interview requests

Passionate for our mission to transform healthcare for all children
3-5 years experience as an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator or similar role where complex scheduling and teamwork are key
At least 1 year of experience in a candidate facing role required
Adaptable, able to shift gears at a moment’s notice
Able to take initiative and have the confidence to keep interviews running on time, persuade people to get their feedback in a timely manner, and nudge the recruiters to get back to their candidates when necessary.
Proficiency in Google products
Greenhouse experience preferred
