Job Summary and Qualifications
As an HR Project Coordinator you will serve as a support resource in the coordination of HR projects to meet business objectives. You will work with designated facility and line of business HR leads to coordinate special project plans and reports as needed using a variety of software and other tools. In this role you will use project and portfolio management tools and protocols as defined by the HR Strategy & Operations Center of Excellence.
What you will do in this role:
Plan, implement and oversee special projects to ensure the effective delivery of HR Services
You will develop written and verbal communications and presentations
Develop reports to support HR Operations; measuring the value of HR activities, contributions and results, and analyzing trends in HR Metrics
You will coordinate HR meetings, agenda, and capture minutes
Conduct cost analysis on programs to determine ROI and program feasibility, identifies and manages potential risks
You will establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships within HR Organization and ensures a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects
What you should have for this role:
Bachelor’s degree required
You must have a minimum of 3 + years in relevant work experience
1 or more years of experience in HR would be preferred
