The main function of the team Operations Coordinator is to aid the Onboarding team in administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing and facilitating Onboarding sessions and workshops.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedules, organizes and tracks all Onboarding sessions, workshops
Helps track the progress of deliverables and Onboarding initiatives.
Participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate status of projects, interactions
Possesses the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Skills:
Experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree required.
Team engagement , team of 4 people. half of the team is focused on culture and 2 are focused on the onboarding for the team. We need someone to come in and be that warm welcome for the team, the first impression of this team when it comes to hires. Will be scheduling and facilitating all things for new hires. This person must have high organizational skills. Needs to be able to fill voids during conversations and be the friendly face. This person will need to facilitate meetings, new hire orientations, boot camps, break out rooms, and most importantly high energy, high spirited. they have experience talking in front of group.

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
