Scope of Position:
The Human Resources Director is responsible for staffing qualified personnel, ensuring team member statute compliance; overseeing all aspects of wage, benefits, worker’s compensation unemployment; training program direction, implementation and administration; and team member relation with coaching, counseling and discipline, payroll. Member of Executive Committee.

Relationships:
Internal: Hotel employees: Communicate policies, administer human resources programs, resolve employee relation’s issues and recruit employees.
Corporate Office Human Resources Dept.: Obtain and provide information, consult on employee issues.
External: Government Agencies: Ensure compliance HR laws and regulations
Employment Agencies: Obtain assistance in recruiting employees.
Union Agents: Obtain/provide information.
Applicants: Discuss employment opportunities/conduct employment interviews, participate in team interviews.
