We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to onboard our new hires. Duties of the HR Coordinator include: background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork, following up with candidates on start dates, tracking new hires using an ATS. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience onboarding new hires. Ultimately, a successful HR coordinator will be organized, possess calendar management, have ATS experience, and be able to multi-task and be adaptable.
