SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Generalist administers and develops policies and programs covering employment activities, employee relations, and employee records. Responsible for compliance with labor laws and regulations. Coordinates employee recruitment and onboarding activities and administers HOPE’s HRIS, payroll, and benefits programs.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
The Human Resources Generalist reports to and is evaluated by the CEO & Founder. This position may supervise a department assistant, temp worker or intern.
LOCATION, WORKING ENVIRONMENT, AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is routinely performed in an office environment with moderate noise level. This position works primarily at the HOPE Central Office in Englewood, with occasional travel to and between Learning Sites. Travel is the responsibility of the employee. Compensation for mileage is per the HOPE Mileage policy.
