The government client requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for any/all positions that will require travel.
Full vaccination (against COVID-19) is defined as: an individual must be either two weeks past the last shot of a two-shot vaccination sequence, or two weeks past the only shot of a one-shot vaccination sequence.
Description of Duties:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Independently assist managers and professionals in preparing reports, coordinating updates to employee information in personnel databases, presentations and correspondence.
Facilitate leadership meetings: coordinate schedules while balancing competing priorities, support preparation of materials, operate presentation equipment, collect action items, and ensure follow-up.
Coordinate communications with new and incoming personnel to gather relevant information.
Facilitate the creation of personnel records from the recruiting/staffing system in the personnel database.
Verifying and entering relevant new hire information into the personnel database.
Assisting HR Generalist and Onboarding team in uploading applicable new hire information and initiating pre-employment requirements in appropriate systems.
Facilitating communications with new hire and onboarding information to all new incoming employees.
Initiating onboarding and out-processing actions in the MDA personnel database.
Adding and deleting onboarding and outgoing personnel from appropriate Outlook Security groups that feed IRES specific distribution lists.

Take ownership of requests; tailor solution to the situation; be timely in follow- up, execution and communications; resourceful in information gathering and research; able to balance changing and competing priorities.
Work with and maintain confidential, proprietary and sensitive information.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and have frequent interaction with senior management and staff from across the contract and customers.
Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service, responses and communications.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This position will be filled at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO
This position is expected to pay $49,900 – $76,075 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. If a candidate has not been selected at that time, it will continue to be posted until a suitable candidate is selected or the position is closed.
