Laser Facility Management Hiring for HR Generalist at Remote Full Time

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resource programs. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, love a challenge, and want to be a part of a growing company, this is the place to be.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Generalist, you will be required to perform the following tasks at the highest level:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Lead the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist executive leadership with administrative tasks.
• Liaison between the team and IT partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
• Additional HR training will be a plus.
• Dedicated working space within your home (this is a remote opportunity).
• Being comfortable/familiar with Mac OS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
