HRIS Analyst (Workday) – Contract to Hire

Hourly Rate: $35 – $38 per hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing HR operations and streamlining business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Serve as a strategic HR partner, leveraging expertise in HR and Workday processes to enhance HR operations and streamline business processes.

Collaborate with HR functions to gather requirements and design optimized HR processes.

Conduct in-depth analysis of HR business requirements and contribute to process design documentation.

Manage configuration and administration of Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and report development.

Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Workday modules such as payroll, benefits, compensation, recruiting, talent management, and time tracking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, peers, and leaders.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet critical business needs, ensuring timely completion.

Create and present insightful dashboards and reports using HRIS data.

Design and deliver training materials to support system adoption and usage.

Provide first-line support to HR functional areas, training end users, managers, and staff.

Identify and implement system improvements to accommodate evolving organizational needs.

Analyze and plan for impacts of system changes and new functionalities.

Maximize utilization of scheduled updates and new system functionalities.

Develop, maintain, and oversee integrations for data management and communication between systems.

Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and identify anomalies.

Collaborate with system representatives on system-wide updates and impacts.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Extensive experience in Human Resources (4+ years).

Proficiency in Workday administration, including configuration, business process design, security, and reporting (2+ years).

Strong knowledge of HRIS modules, particularly Workday HCM.

Recent experience documenting HR business requirements and process design.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.

Exceptional ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships.

Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
