Job Summary
As a Development Admin at L&S, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to other development department professionals by coordinating the logistics of the development department trainings, assisting with performance reports and communications. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, takes initiative, has a can-do attitude, and enjoys helping others.
General Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of lesson plan/ material packets
Assist in monitoring and management of CE courses
Send development class emails/updates
Assist in the scheduling and logistics of all curriculum classes
Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of office support experience,
Must be proficient in basic computer skills that include but are not limited to data entry, scanning, Microsoft Suite and Excel,
Strong ability to organize, prioritize, communicate well, and commitment to providing quality work,
Ability to take initiative,
Detail-oriented,
Strong organizational skills,
Comfortable with scheduling and executing travel arrangements and events
Confident,
Perform the physical demands of the position – working indoors with long periods of time sitting; able to occasionally lift heavy objects more than 20 pounds.
