LSF is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who would like to make an impact in the lives of others.
Salary for this role is $50,000 -$55,000 annually, based on education and experience.
Purpose & Impact:
The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs of the organization. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing the first stage of the recruiting process by cultivating, sourcing and screening candidates for open positions, with a focus on sourcing passive candidates. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will assist in developing a comprehensive, inclusive, and data driven sourcing strategy focused on first stage, passive candidate recruitment, utilizing a talent intelligence approach to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and the organizations values proposition to develop customized/robust sourcing strategies that are creative and innovative. This role will additionally serve as a liaison for hired candidates during the period of pre-employment from offer to start date keeping hired candidates engaged to ensure a successful start at the organization.
