We are an Assisted Living Residence located in central Massachusetts looking for a
Business/HR Manager. This position reports directly to the Executive Director
and will maintain a close relationship with ownership. This position requires proficiency with QuickBooks. At the Manor our goal is to provide high quality, compassionate care to residents and treat all staff members uniformly and respectfully.
This position is available for hybrid (remote/in-person) work schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
Acting as the point of contact for all HR and accounting related questions and
issues
Processing A/R and A/P timely
Processing employee payroll thru Paychex and make coordinating entries in
QuickBooks
Maintaining all QuickBooks accounts
Create and analyze budgets with the Executive Director and Department Heads
Maintain open communication with all Residents, their families, and employees,
addressing any issues or concerns
Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated passion to serve seniors
College Degree in accounting or finance
Three years of business office experience with HR and accounting
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Knowledge with PayChex preferred
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
Must have excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
