ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position Summary
Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Essential to this Position
Our Human Resources Representative is an essential member of Menasha’s Operations Talent Acquisition Team. This role will support Operations Talent Acquisition systems, talent acquisitions events, and the full cycle recruitment process. Responsible for the entire talent acquisition process: carrying out activities that range from defining job profile and selection strategy together with the hiring team to choosing the final candidates, assuring quality service and satisfaction of internal customers and candidates.
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all- inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
Partners with site HR contacts to source, screen, and schedule onsite interviews.
Creates job requisitions, manages job postings, and runs ad-hoc reports within the applicant tracking system.
Supports position marking and brand awareness initiatives; including comunity Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity initiatives as well as community events.
Coordinates onsite Talent Acquisitions events, such as job fairs, high school tours, etc.
Develops, communicates and drives best practices for the recruiting process, contributing to long-term growth of the company.
Designs proactive, creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies, using all traditional and non-traditional methods to attract passive talent and build a network of potential candidates.
Manages full life cycle recruiting process for high volume requisition load, from identification of resource needs to sourcing and screening to reporting on success of selected candidates.

Partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to understand talent gaps, where those skill can be found in the market and identifying potential candidates who fit the ideal profiles
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on continuous improvement activities within the department
Deliver against performance metrics that drive and reflect success
Identify and participate in networking and community events
Develop content with the communications and marketing teams for external websites and social media platforms
Advocate for Menasha Corporation and its operating companies, our business and our culture
