Description
Provide overall support to the US based HR Operations and Payroll teams
Carry out significant HR and Payroll Generalist functions such as invoice processing, maintaining accurate files and records, including confidential materials and responding to general queries
Knowledge of HR leave administration such as FML, PFL, STD, LTD
Knowledge of HR and Payroll operational functions, state, local, and federal laws, regulations, and practices
Basic knowledge of FLSA regulations
Prepare and process Payroll with external payroll agent
Maintain and respond to inquiries and actions in Workday HR Operations Inbox and monitor timesheets
Provide logistical support with setting up workshops included but not limited to scheduling, preparing materials, confirming attendees, and follow up communication
Collect data and gather information to help inform decisions
