Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for carrying out responsibilities in various aspects of human resources including payroll, onboarding / off-boarding, benefits, workers compensation, OSHA, and HR Compliance reporting. Additionally this role would oversee Fleet and IT Management for locations in Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Alexandria, and Richmond. The right candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices, have an ownership attitude and be willing to support the employees and management team in growing the business.
