Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire an Associate HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. The Associate HR Business Partner will assist the Senior Director of Service Area HR and Physician Human Resources Consultants (PHRCs) to provide proactive professional, technical, and analytical HR support to physicians and physician leaders in a broad range of areas including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent management, data analysis, compliance, workplace accommodations, and special projects. Initial responsibilities will be predominately in support of the District of Columbia and Suburban Maryland Service Area.
This is a hybrid position with some local travel required in the KP Mid-Atlantic Region as needed.
