General Sumary
The HR coordinator is a key member of the team and plays a pivotal role in the employee lifecycle at Millennium Health’s LSA program. Acting as Millennium Health’s ambassador, the HR Coordinator supports the essential process of developing a strong foundation for new employees, creating a positive experience for current employees seeking assistance, and ensures a smooth transition of employees exiting the organization for their next professional experience.
Essential Functions
Onboarding
Directs the new employee onboarding process by efficiently and accurately establishing their profile in multiple platforms for timely entry into the organization and partnering with internal departments to resolve unforeseen setbacks in the process.
Hosts new hire orientation, acclimating employees to the culture of Millennium Health.
Delivers initial training of ADP employee self-service features and learning management platform.
Monitors completion of new employee benefit enrollments in ADP and answer questions about benefits and HRIS process.
Initiates new employee survey and provide quarterly feedback summary for leadership.
Employee Data and Experience
Maintains regular and temporary employee records within ADP to ensure a succinct transmission, both electronic and manual, to internal and external platforms and vendors for a cohesive employee profile and consistent employee access.
Creates positive employee-focused communication pieces for a variety of employment-related changes.
Be the subject matter expert resolving problems related to employee access and system issues.
Manages the customer service ticketing system and responds to employee requests or assigns to appropriate team member, and possibly resolves complex inquiries either independently or in partnership with an HR Business Partner.
Responds to quarterly, annual, and ad hoc requests for data and may be HR team representative on data projects
Off-boarding
Responsible for managing the employee exit process and works closely with HR Business Partners and payroll to ensure a smooth transition, including maintaining a high regard for confidentiality and of sensitive non-voluntary exits.
May conduct exit interviews with employees voluntarily exiting the organization and provide feedback for Millennium Health’s consideration and growth.
Coordinates the internal process of off-boarding contingent, temporary staff.
Quickly and thoroughly responds to unemployment claims for terminated employees to support timely response from vendors and state agencies.
HR Team
Partner with the HR & Benefits Representative to support benefits and leaves of absence inquiries and managing wellness events. Will act as back-up in the HR & Benefits Representative’s absence.
Support HR Business Partners by gathering and compiling data related to employee investigations.
