MSM Health Hiring for Director, Human Resources Business Partners Job at Remote Full Time

As a Director, Human Resources Business Partners, your work at Tegria will focus on providing overall direction for the human resources business partner function for Tegria’s revenue cycle management division—leading in the development and implementation of people-focused strategies enabling our teams to successfully grow and achieve their goals. You play a key role in the building of culture and connection between our employees and our mission, vision, and values.

In this high-profile, high-impact leadership position, your work will focus on the areas of employee engagement, employee development, performance management, policy development, and employee relations. Your human resources business partner team plays a significant role in the organization—partnering with our leaders to think and act strategically about our people, our company, and the collective culture we are creating.

This is an exciting time to join Tegria as there is an opportunity to immediately influence the organization by building employee-focused programs from the ground up. You will serve as both a change leader and change facilitator, constantly ideating and implementing innovative programs to improve our organization.

Upon joining the team, you will focus on aligning our business partner team structure to best support our future organizational operating model, while also jumping in to lead in the development and rollout of unified policy, performance management, and employee engagement programs.

In this role, you report to our VP, People Experience.

The role you play

An effective Director, HR Business Partners will help the organization as a whole achieve success through:

• Leading in the design, development, and deployment of performance management practices across Tegria’s RCM division—ensuring consistency, equity, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Championing employee-relations strategies designed to create an environment encouraging maximum individual and team effectiveness and engagement.
• Providing leadership coaching and consulting to leaders on people challenges
• Leading in the development of HR policies spanning all 50 states for a majority remote workforce.
• Partnering with our VP, DEI-B and people leaders to cultivate and promote diversity throughout the organization, ensuring we develop and retain a diverse team of top performing talent.
• Providing mentorship/training to HR business partner team to act as strategic partners with a solid understanding of business goals, issues, and organizational needs.
• Driving the integration/implementation of company HR programs, procedures, policies, and practices.
• Monitoring, reporting, and making actionable recommendations regarding workforce trends.
• Leading change management and culture work across the business.
• Partnering with HR departments to ensure HR programs and processes are aligned with the business needs and are well executed.
• Working directly with leaders on organization capability assessments, talent review, succession planning, and individual development plan execution.

What we’re looking for

We expect:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years in progressive HR leadership roles
• Resourcefulness and familiarity with multi-state employment law and the ability to implement policies and practices based upon such knowledge
• Sees change as opportunity and can thrive working in “the grey”
• Strong business acumen, “street smarts,” and an in-depth understanding of the HR, operational, and financial implications of business decisions
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written), including strong relationship-building skills
• Experience both working in a remote environment and leading a remote team
• Strong track record of meeting human resources needs in a geographically dispersed, decentralized, complex organization
• Strong computer, consultative, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Ability to travel as needed (10% or less required for this role)
• Possesses a drive toward continuous improvement and challenges the status quo
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
