Position Summary: The Office Manger Human Resource Director will lead and direct the routine functions of the Business office and Human Resources (HR) department managing accounts receivable and payable, and hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Immediate Supervisor:
Administrator of NHL
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
· Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
· Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

NHL maintains a safe environment through training and continuous improvement. The Office/HR Manager is expected to act professionally and objectively at all times. The Office/HR Manager is required by state law to report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of a resident receiving service. The Office/HR Manager will be trained and aware of possible physical exposures such as chemical/cleaning solutions, body fluids, infection, odor and behaviors, and must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday, both inside and outside of NHL. The Office/HR Manager must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so those requirements of the position can be met. The Office/HR Manager must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with mental and emotional stress of the position.
