The major responsibility for this position is recruitment of all open positions which allows the company to meet and exceed all objectives and goals for each year.
Other responsibilities include developing policies and directing and coordinating human resource activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Qualifications
5 + years of work experience with Human Resources or related (e.g., talent acquisition, learning, talent management, performance management) OR 3+ years of work experience with Human Resources or related with bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Experienced and positive track record for recruiting new employees. This includes knowledge of how to use social media for recruiting purposes along with other job search engines.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office along with effective communication and project management skills.
Knowledgeable of EEO law and general HR concepts
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy
Able to multi task and function in an independent work environment.
Creativity
Detail-oriented
