What you will do:. : Assist with various Culture & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) projects including projects across the various OE programs and portfolios (Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Career Development & Succession). Support the design, communication, and deployment of Culture & Organizational Effectiveness initiatives and projects. Assist with various HR projects such as the preparation of communication materials, program administration, process improvement, documentation, and data analysis. : Support various disciplines of HR: employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee coaching, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent attraction, etc.. Deliver full cycle recruitment to the business including job posting, developing selection criteria, candidate sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, selection and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed. .
