We have several office locations: one in the rolling hills of Brentwood, TN, another in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar Beach, and a third one in the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. As an HR Generalist at OMNICOMMANDER, you’ll get to be a part of a team that is on a mission to save the credit union industry.
You will be responsible for recruitment, company event planning, employee engagement, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring that a high level of candidate/employee satisfaction is maintained. The HR Generalist coordinates employees’ first week of training, and all activities for the company. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and be a problem solver with the ability to quickly understand details, create action plans, and collaborate with our Managers. You should also be a professional, confident, extroverted communicator who creates a collaborative environment.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to human resource activities such as staffing, recruitment, and training.
Communicate proactively with the VP of HR to resolve employee concerns and issues, identifying administrative needs that occur on a routine basis.
Lead the HR Administration staff and front line management in recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates for identified vacancies.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Provide current and prospective employees with information concerning policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee’s benefits.
Assist in the planning, managing and communication of special projects and programs such as employee recognition, wellness, recruiting, and employee surveys.
Develop and execute on a full-life cycle recruiting strategy inclusive of strategic sourcing.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience;
3+ years of experience in a corporate, fintech and/or technology/start up environment specifically partnering with sales, marketing and revenue teams;
Proficiency with and experience implementing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools, ideally PayCor and LinkedIn Recruiter;
Experience sourcing, identifying, attracting, and securing talent through traditional and/or passive (creative) recruiting methods;
Creativity, persistence, confidence and a relentlessly positive attitude.
