Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst Benefits will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the health and welfare benefits plans for all employees. This includes developing benefit strategies that drive growth, attract/retain talent, optimize the workforce and drive productivity.
This position reports to the VP, Human Capital and Org Development
Position Responsibilities include: Benefits Administration:
Assists the Vice President with reviewing vendor contracts, monitoring and evaluating vendor performance for timeliness, accuracy, quality of customer service and cost effectiveness. Creates and maintains the annual compliance calendar to ensure that every employee has received benefit information and completed any necessary steps.
Benefits HRIS:
Oversees accurate set up and maintenance of the PlanSource Benefit module.
Benefits Program Analysis:
Evaluates existing employee benefit programs, analyzes trends, utilization, budget, and proposes changes.
Benefits Operations:
Subject matter expert of the employee benefits programs and insurance plans. Provides oversight of the implementation and coordination of benefit programs, such as:
Performs other job-related duties as assigned to maintain and enhance departmental operation.
