RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
·Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
·Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
·Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
·Assess, monitor, and maintain employee training programs.
·Maintain employee files and training requirements.
·Complete and maintain employee credentialing with local, state, and federal agencies.
·Perform all steps in the hiring process: post positions, interview, vet references, hire, complete orientation, and complete all new-hire paperwork.
·Maintain employee contracts.
·Complete annual employee reviews.
·Monitor employee schedules, time-off / vacation requests, and time clock functions.
·Manage employee benefits such as health benefits and 401K contracts.
·Ensure the organization is compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
·Nurture a positive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or an equivalent field. Work experience may be considered a substitute.
·Working knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices.
·Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills.
·Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Knowledge of a broad range of human resources strategies and practices including compensation, performance management, safety, infection control, hiring, employee relations, and compliance.
·Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
·Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
