Overview:

Seeking an experienced HR/Administrative Assistant for our Corporate office in Elk Grove, CA. We are a Subsidiary of a Fortune 500 Company in the metals distribution and processing industry.

Partial list of Position Responsibilities & Functional Duties:

· Maintain employee personnel files for multiple locations.

· Assist Human Resources Manager with New Hires and Terminations

· Assist Human Resources and Accounting with production of various Reports

· Submit Garnishments and Tax Levies to offsite Payroll Department

· Process Employee Expense Accounts.

· Assist with Fleet Management

· Voucher vendor invoices

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Education/Other Info:

Seeking a self-starter, who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, problem solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
