Job Summary:

A personable individual who is looking to promote company culture while maintaining employees. Duties and responsibilities include: HR work, employee training, and safety training. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. A variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all job duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Service or construction business experience helpful.

Responsibilities: (but not limited to; {may assign other duties})

• HR tasks (keeping and maintaining employees)

• Content Creation (website/company portals/HR items/trainings)

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Employee & Safety Training

• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, emails, and forms

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Provide information by answering/addressing customer questions and requests

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff

• Maintain and update Social media platforms

• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be positive, flexible, and customer service oriented.

• Adaptable to a fast pace environment

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques.

• Highly comfortable and experienced with computers and computer software (ie Google suite)

• Proven admin or assistant experience

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,500.00 per week
