· Provide administrative support to Human Resources including recruiting, employee/labor relations, benefits, employee records and other departments as needed.
· Answer Human Resources related calls, handle caller inquiries, and redirect as appropriate.
· Conduct pre-employment interviews, screenings and onboarding new hires.
· Coordinating pre-hires/new hires with all locations administrative staff as needed.
· Process employee transactions, terminations. changes, etc.
· Maintain employee records, heavy filing included.
· Manage upkeep of Company Organizational Charts.
· Respond to routine questions on HR Policies.
· Compile statistics for various HR Managmeent Repots.
· Audit company insurance invoicing for proper processing.
· B-iannual audits of employee I9’s, Employee Records and additional as needed
· Maintain/prepare monthly expense reports (CEO, VP and HR Manager).
· Coordinate office party planning, arranging lunches and composing/announcing memos.
· Coordinating service/maintenance with third party vendors as it pertains to Maintenance crew, exterminators, city waste containers, answering service, carpet cleaning, evening cleaning service.
· Pick up and deliver mail.
· Assist other departments with both AR and AP for invoicing and billing.
· Heavy data entry.
· Scanning and maintaining accounting file folders, coordinating with all departments for accuracy.
· Contacting vendors as needed.
· Assist with expense reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
