DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
The Project Manager performs a variety of technical and non-technical managerial tasks associated with overall administration, accounting, procurement, design, specifications, construction contract administration and monitoring related activities of assigned projects (may include federally funded projects).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in construction project management work or an equivalent combination of education and experience and two (2) years supervisory experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Required to obtain a Tribal Driving permit.
