Join our team as a VP of Human Resources where you will be responsible for partnering with the senior operational managers of Randstad Sourceright to deliver the business strategy and objectives. You will work in partnership with business areas in providing an outstanding HR service that is simple, relevant, flexible, customer focused, and drives improved organisational performance. This role also has management responsibility for a team of up to 5 HR Business Partners and administrative support team members, including offshore resources. The geographical scope of this role includes direct responsibility for the US and Canada, in collaboration with the HR leaders for Mexico and the global client delivery teams.

The base salary range for this position is $154,850 – $244,400.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
