Paid Media Specialist
We are searching for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join us in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. In this role as Paid Media Specialist, you will use your extensive experience in paid media to manage multi-million-dollar international ad campaigns at scale, contribute new and creative ideas, and use data to make key decisions. This role calls for a comprehensive understanding and practical application of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. As the Paid Media Specialist,you will work with the Demand Generation team to strategize new campaigns, manage multiple budgets, ensure optimization, and report on revenue/conversion analytics.
Responsibilities:
Manage ad campaigns on a daily basis, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, keyword research, ad copywriting, creative testing, landing page evaluations, and performance monitoring.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity, present impactful solutions, and implement strategies to grow revenue through paid media.
Utilize audience targeting and segmentation strategies to deliver personalized ad experiences.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
Set up and track KPIs and progress towards goals, implementing strategic redirection as needed.
Provide data and analytics to internal stakeholders regarding paid media campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media advertising.
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in managing PPC accounts in Google.
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (specifically GA4). Active Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus
Experience with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation Platform preferred
3-5 years’ experience in LinkedIn Advertising
3-5 years’ experience with Facebook Business Manager (now Meta)
Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to stay organized and manage PPC for separate product lines, including separate budgets, UVPs, Personas, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or other data management solutions is a plus.
