Resilience Human Resources is seeking a Business Partner who is eager to be a part of building Resilience. Based onsite at our Waltham or Cambridge site, the HR Business Partner will be the go-to source of guidance and support for employees and managers on all people and culture related matters. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to recommend innovative and fit-for-purpose strategies and programs. A true hands-on leader with a bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
Job Responsibilities
In partnership with the Director of Human Resource and the broader HR Team, work with people managers and leaders to design, evolve and execute robust people and organizational strategies as appropriate for their supported teams, with the purpose of driving key business objectives.
Work with the business as a trusted advisor, and deliver appropriate programs and interventions, including: candidate assessment, new leader assimilation, team effectiveness, change management, organizational design, performance management, retention, engagement, talent planning, development planning, and professional growth.
Qualifications
Strategic enterprise thinker who finds innovative ways to develop solutions. Exceptional ability to translate an agenda aligned to a function’s future focused objectives, deploy it and deliver results.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to develop important relationships as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders. The ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
Demonstrated ability to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements within the business.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and focus on results.
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
Excellent analytical skills and an ability to gather information, perform situation analysis, and communicate complex issues in a simple way.
Establish forward looking workforce plan for assigned group including hiring, succession and talent pipeline for pivotal roles.
