A growing client is working with Robert Half to hire a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. How you will make an impact
•Sourcing, assessing and interviewing qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques
•Timely and complete communication with candidates and hiring managers
•Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all documentation, transaction processing and system updates as they pertain to recruiting activities.
•Constant upgrading of your knowledge base as it pertains to your professional development.
