Description Non-Profit agency is looking for an HR Coordinator.
Individual in this position will be responsible for the recruiting process including interviewing and referring applicants for positions throughout the company.

Human Resources Functions:
Updates the internal job posting on a regular basis.
Post positions on websites and runs ads as necessary.
Utilizes social media to advertise open positions.
Analyzes the information provided on a prospective employee’s application form and determines whether or not the candidate meets the qualifications of the posted position.
Conducts phone screens and interviews potential candidates.
Routes appropriate candidates to the hiring manager/supervisor for second interviews.
Maintains records for interviewed candidates.
Acts as a liaison between the candidate and the hiring manager/supervisor to ensure the recruiting process continues to flow.
Manages the application process for internal candidates.
Conducts reference checks on chosen candidate.
Extends offer of employment to potential employee. May negotiate starting salary as needed with input from hiring department.
Ensures that EEO and Affirmative Action Plans are in compliance and updated as needed.
Notifies candidates not selected for the position.
Assists HR department in carrying out human resources policies and practices.
