Investment Real Estate Firm located in Chicago has a need for a Human Resources Professional. The Human Resource Manager will join a small team with direct mentorship and exposure to senior leadership. Seeking individuals who demonstrate an ability to work well in a dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial environment and are looking to grow and add value to the company in the long term. The role will report directly to the Director, Human Resources and Operations.

Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of previous Human Resource experience
Experience with HRIS administration, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
Skill Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide written and verbal communications
Ability to work with a sense of urgency by demonstrating ability to shift priorities and accomplish objectives
Self-starter and proactive

Outgoing personality
Proficient in Excel.
