Job Purpose or Summary:
The Recruiter has the opportunity to significantly impact the success of RTL Networks, as he/she is responsible for continuing to strengthen the relationship between the company, its customers, and employees. The Technical Recruiter will be “on the front line,” responsible for recruiting, hiring, and ensuring high quality service is provided to RTL Networks’ customers.
Essential Job Duties:
Attract competent and motivated talent through job postings, active recruiting efforts, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
Develops strong candidate working relationships.
Works with assigned clients and site leads to coordinate recruiting and hiring processes.
Manages interviewing process including finding, screening, interview, and negotiating job offers within the scope of the contract.
Acquires a thorough understanding of job requisitions/description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants.
Provides updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
Maintains/updates RTL recruiting related systems
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical DoD IT and cyber recruiting experience
Customer service – demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations; respond promptly; solicit feedback to improve service; meet commitments
Professional verbal and written communication skills – writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs of the audience.
Adaptability – embraces and adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach to best fit the situation
Dependability – follows instructions, takes responsibility for own actions; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan
Interpersonal skills – focus on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; remains open to others’ ideas

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems
Desired or Preferred skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management)
Client-facing experience in the information technology, talent/staffing, and/or consulting industries
Must be a US citizen
