Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the Shillington Education team in New York, contributing to marketing and student services across a variety of mediums on a global scale.
A typical day could include lots of different things like talking on the phone with prospective students, making website updates, helping students with a printer jam, planning content for Instagram, preparing physical materials for an upcoming course intake, drafting blog interviews and more.

* Assists and collaborates with the global marketing team on promotional activities.
* Assists the New York Experience Manager with day-to-day campus operations and student services.
* Assists with prospective student enquiries in person, on the phone and via e-mail.
* Makes Shillington website updates.
* Writes articles and conducts interviews for Shillington Design Blog and Shillington Post, our in-house publication.
* Helps run and serves as representative at virtual and in-person events.
* Contributes new, interesting and cost-effective ways to potentially promote Shillington.
* Attends meetings with in-person and on Zoom with global team.
