We are a growing auto glass company and we need an experience operations manager. The ideal candidate would have solid leadership experience, a resourceful mindset and an ability to multitask.
This position is the center hub of our company for our technicians, customers and our partner dealerships. We need someone who can fill this role well and we’re prepared to invest long term into the right person. We have 3 growing locations so we’re needing one person who can help streamline and simplify our operations department and get work done effectively.
As Operative Manager, your primary responsibilities would be:
- Verify accurate parts information for future jobs
- Order parts for next 1-2 days
- Inspect and organize today’s parts for the technicians to pickup
- Route next day’s jobs for technicians
- Coordinate with sales, technicians and billing departments to ensure high Job completion rate
- Handle warranty requests and reschedules
- Assist technicians with the route throughout the day
- Update customers on arrival times
- Receive authorizations for insurance jobs to ensure they are ready for technicians to perform work.
Secondary responsibilities include:
- Assist in collections calls from customers and insurance companies (A/R)
- Assist accounting and sales with various tasks

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
