SitelogIQ Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner at Remote Full Time

Our Talent Acquisition Partner will support SitelogIQ’s Talent Management function. This position will work with our divisions based in the West and should be available for occasional visits to offices in Sacramento or Ontario, CA. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion for identifying and connecting with top talent to fill professional and hourly roles within our organization. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focusing on delivering high-touch experiences to internal leaders and external candidates. This role will support critical searches and work closely with our Business Unit Presidents, Corporate Functional Leaders, and their HR Generalist Partners.

TA Partners can work remote from anywhere but would have access to an office if located in or near Ontario or Sacramento, CA, Minneapolis, MN, or Nashville, TN.

Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities

• Deliver full life-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership openings.
• Build relationships with HR and other functional/business leaders in assigned area(s) to set the recruiting processes and ownership.
• Manage the requisition intake process to develop or update open position specifications. Work with hiring managers and the compensation team to ensure that positions are graded appropriately while establishing target starting salaries and other offer terms.
• Manage various candidate channels, including diversity groups, professional organizations, schools, employment agencies, and others. Source passive talent and attract candidates to engage in the recruiting process and learn more about SitelogIQ’s culture.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media networks, and other identified sources. Leverage channels and the latest technology to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.
• Review active applicants in ATS and disposition candidates as statuses change throughout the recruiting process.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and proactively manage the candidate pipeline.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Communicate interview results to candidates in a timely basis.
• Build employer brand through educating candidates about SitelogIQ’s culture and opportunities during phone interviews, job postings, and community engagement activities.
• Report requisition progress by attending weekly recruiting calls with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to communicate the status of open searches and candidates in process.
• Lead efforts to establish standard staffing practices across divisions. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.
• Oversee college recruitment programs, and participate in employment events, including career fairs and internship programs. Foster relationships with diverse national and local professional organizations to attract and recruit top candidates.
• Launch required assessments for candidates and leverage results for screening selection.

Talent Acquisition Partner Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in a professional recruiting role within a corporate and/or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and leveraging LinkedIn to engage passive candidates in the recruiting process.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and their teams.
• Have worked in a performance-metric driven environment where quality/quantity of hires, the hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates, and requisition load are measured.
