Job Highlights
- Oversees recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of frontline employees.Â
- Consults with upper leadership on strategic workforce planning and serve as the organization’s link between management and employees.
- Investigates incidents/accidents to determine Root Cause of injuries.
- Handles all employee relation issues from disciplines, investigations, fact findings, personnel policy administration, determining next steps, resolution and follow up.
- Knowledge of and oversees all Federal, State and Local laws regarding human resources.

$65,000-$75,000 per year
Candidate Profile
- BA or college coursework and/or appropriate work experience considered.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and presentation required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Software, information, and technology proficiency required.
- Customer focus and relationship building.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar degree preferred (or 5 years of relevant work experience).
