What will you work on?
The HR Director is accountable to develop and deliver the people strategy for assigned organization(s) / business(es) at Spin Master. You work collaboratively and in partnership with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies.
While the HR Director may provide support to Leaders at EVP level, the majority of their time is spent supporting Business Leaders at or below the SVP level, with geographic reach typically limited to North America. The total number of employees supported across all assigned organization(s) / business(es) is typically in the range 200 – 300.
The HR Director also retains ownership for one or more significant HR areas of responsibilities, e.g. HR Site Leadership for at least one major office location, HR lead on country or state-specific compliance matters.
