Seeking a Health Care marketing professional in the Bloomington IN and surrounding areas. We are looking for energetic and highly motivated people that are willing to grow with the Home Health Agency.

Responsibilities: –

As a Sale/ Marketer you will be responsible for developing our Home Health referral base in the Indianapolis and surrounding Areas. Also responsible for generating new referrals sources by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.

• Analyzes the potential of the company’s service area * Completes an analysis of the company’s patient census * Identifies available market share * Analyzes patient/company relationships * Develops marketing objectives and projections * Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities * Implements marketing plan staying within established time limit

Qualifications: –

This position requires individuals who are highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community. Healthcare/Home care/Hospice experience preferred. Demonstrated integrity, sincerity and initiative * Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
